Thomas Lee: The Importance of Ring Spun Yarn

The finer the yarn the finer the fabric. In order to weave Thomas Lee's true 500 thread count PerfectCale™ cotton bed sheets and pillowcases, ultra fine yarn must be used. Thicker, courser yarns will simply not fit in one square inch of tightly woven 500 count fabric. Ring spinning is the only yarn making technology that can produce yarn fine enough for Thomas Lee 500 thread count PerfectCale™ bed sheets. Most other sheets are made with faster and less costly yarn spinning technologies that have significant quality limitations. High thread count bed sheets that do not contain ring spun yarn should be avoided.
